On March 20, 2006, [DMB Ladera] made a surprise move to turn over the majority of voting seats on the LARMAC Board to the residents of Ladera Ranch before they were required to. [DMB Ladera] chose to have [Mark Lambkin] resign from the director seat which expired November 2006, [Lisa Christian] resigned the Director seat which expired November 2008 and [Paul Johnson] resigned his officer seat. [Lisa Christian] was then appointed to the seat that expired November 2006 and resident [Ram Mukherji] was appointed to the director seat that expired in 2008.
