Ladera Ranch homeowner, Jett McCormick's seat is due up at the November 2005 Election. Lisa Christian and Charlie Ware, both representatives of DMB Ladera, seats are up as well. Bill Lawson, Ladera Ranch homeowner and Marc Lambkin, an employee of DMB Ladera, will remain on the board until the completion of their terms in November 2006.
