The LARMAC election, which had been scheduled to take place on November 8, 2006, will not be held.
The purpose of this year's Election Meeting was the election of two (2) members to the Board of Directors to fill the seats of Ladera Ranch homowner Bil O'Hair and DMB Ladera representative Lisa Christian, at the expiration of the current term in November 2006.
As there are only two (2) Candidates for two (2) open seats on the Board, those seats will be filled by the two (2) candidates effective November, 2006.
