Pursuant to the amended LARMAC Bylaws, LARMAC is required to conduct the LARMAC Election Meeting of the general membership. The purpose of this year's meeting is to elect two (2) members to the LARMAC Board of Directors. The nominees for the Board submitted candidacy forms and were then qualified by the Nominating Committee. Nominations must be placed not less than fifty (50), nor more than one hundred and twenty (120) days prior to the date of the Election.

[Pat Patterson] and [Jeff Blugrind], Ladera Ranch homeowners, will remain on the board until the completion of their terms in November of 2011. Therefore, the seats of [Alex Vellandi] and [Jim Schmitt] are up for election at this meeting. [Charlie Ware] is a developer representative whose seat is also up, but will be reappointed by [DMB Ladera] for another three (3) year term.

We had 31 Neighborhood Representatives in attendance for the LARMAC Election on Thursday, November 5, 2009. The two candidates voted onto the LARMAC Board were [John Novak] and [Brian Kittredge].

[Jeff Blugrind] is president, [Pat Patterson] is vice president, [Brian Kittredge] is treasurer, [John Novak] is secretary and [Charlie Ware] is assistant secretary.
