Biography#
Kephart is a native Southern Californian, born in 1964. He graduated from Gahr High School (Cerritos) in 1982 and then UC Irvine in 1986 with a B.S. in Information and Computer Science.
He and his wife, Laura, are currently living in Ladera Ranch and his occupation is Software Engineer. He has worked in aerospace, multimedia, stock market, mortgage and manufacturing industries. He is the founder of the Canyon Democrats club.
