Kevin Muldoon

Biography#

Kevin Muldoon was raised in Orange County. Muldoon received his Juris Doctor from Chapman University School of Law and Bachelor of Arts degree from Loyola Marymount University, where he was awarded the Dr. Singleton Award for Excellence in Economics.

In 2006, Muldoon worked for President George W. Bush in the White House Office of Strategic Initiatives. He returned from Washington to be admitted to The State Bar of California and practice law as a Deputy District Attorney in the Orange County District Attorney’s office.

Kevin Muldoon joined Titan HST as Vice President, Business Development.

In private practice, Mr. Muldoon acted as Vice President and General Counsel for a wireless communications company specializing in stadium and building DAS and Wi-Fi networks, and Chief Business Development Officer for a local internet company.

In his free time, Mr. Muldoon sits on the Board of the Armed Services YMCA at Camp Pendleton.

In 2017 Consumer Brands, LLC announced that Muldoon joined the company to lead its Business Development efforts.

In 2019, Muldoon joined Diane Dixon when she asked for two more police officers for the city, when the police chief himself repeatedly refused to ask for them because they were not needed.

In 2020, Muldoon individually sued Gov. Gavin Newsom in federal court Monday over Newsom’s hard beach closure targeting Orange County.
