!Biography

Voigts has been a resident of Lake Forest since 1979. In 1991, Scott was involved in a catastrophic construction accident that nearly cost him his life and left him paraplegic. He is active in his church, O.C. Chambers of Commerce, and the [OCGOP] Central Committee. Voigts is a Senior Advisor to California State Assemblyman [Donald Wagner][#1].
